I Told My Panic Attacks To Leave! And They Did!
Back when I was what often refer to as my “crazy” days, how to cure panic attacks was the main question on my mind at all times.
After all, the anxiety I lived with seemed normal (it wasn’t – it was higher than normal) but a panic attack NEVER SEEMS “normal”.
A little something sets it off. You hope it won’t go into a full blown attacks but you fear it will.
And it’s that exact fear that causes the panic attack to, well, attack.
You have to break the cycle of fear. The little tight loop of worrysome thoughts that start to spin out of control, causing your anxiety to spike and the little fire of a panic attack is lit. Then it spins out of control and you slide into the sweating, the heart racing, and the unreal thoughts that so define a panic attack.
I had panic attacks for SIX YEARS! This was back in the 80’s and I was thirty somethiing.
Eventually I sort of randomly created a thought pattern that stopped my panic attacks cold, and forever. Never again another one.
If you are currently suffering from the cloud of uncertainty caused by panic attacks and/or anxiety attacks (I’m not sure there is a difference) then you can imagine how good it would feel to never have them return again.
And I’ll bet you can really appreciate how good it would feel to be absolutely confident that you would NEVER AGAIN experience the indignity of a panic attack.
It can end, just like that. You just have to break the cycle of fear.
