Hello Folks!

This one question, “How to stop panic attacks” is the single

How To Stop Panic Attacks

How To Stop Panic Attacks? Become unafraid!

most important thing people struggling with anxiety disorder want answered.

A lot of the methods for curing panic attacks are very temporary, some less so, but, as far as I know only one cure works. Only one cure works fast and is totally natural. We’ll cover that in a bit.

What is a panic attack? It’s your overall, general anxiety suddenly spiking into physical symptoms like heart rate spiking, red face, sweating, feelings of weakness, and racing emotions.

This is accompanied by emotions and thoughts that actually add to this rush of symptoms.

The most important one of these is fear. This fear is the key to how to stop panic attacks.

Our “fight or flight” instinct, accompanied by a large rush of adrenaline is the thing that causes us to experience such a high level of discomfort, and, often gives us an urge to run or hide.

This was inherited by us because, in the past, this reaction allowed ancestors of ours to survive, gave them the time to breed and thereby pass down the survival enhancing instinct, and insuring the survival of our species. Or our family lineage. It’s built in. It’s normal.

What isn’t normal is a huge panic attack triggered by the idea (thought) of a business meeting. Also not normal is the fear of that panic attack becoming the driver of a severe anxiety spike that can last for hours and make the victim think they are going crazy or dying of a heart attack. That’s definitely NOT normal!

A scene like this happens to tens of thousands of people, every day, who are caught up in this vicious cycle of “fearing the panic attack will happen causes the attack to occur.”

You are afraid of the panic attack and you are especially afraid of it in a business meeting. When you get to the meeting…bingo! That’s your trigger.

People who aren’t stuck in the panic cycle will run into some situation they don’t like, and will deal with it, fight or flight. Either they’ll run away from it, cope with it, or in some way be stronger than it and take control.

But a person who is stuck, temporarily, with the panic attack, super anxiety disorder will encounter their little fear trigger, which is commonly their fear of a panic attack, and it’ll quickly escalate into a full blown fear and panic episode.

As I have said, one of my triggers for an attack was the thought of a business meeting. I was sure I’d have the attack right then and there and that my friends would think I was crazy, or just weird. I wouldn’t be able to explain it. The panic attack scared me but I also had a bunch of feelings of embarrassment and bruised ego. That and the nagging thought that I was losing it and might not be able to get it back!

The ’secret” of how to stop panic attacks is to get over the fear of them. Get used to them, so to speak. Once that is accomplished they are gone and, in my case, never to return

As I said, I quite randomly came to the mental position it took for me to discard my fear of panic attacks. I did it in about two minutes on one afternoon while stopped at a traffic light. It was as easy as making a simple decision. But it took me six years to get there! What a waste! Still, I did it! And you can do it, too. It just takes a little change in your thinking and all of a sudden you are not afraid of the attacks! That breaks the “spell”.

Only you don’t have to wait six years! Discover how to stop panic attacks today.
