Hello Folks:
I’m glad to say that I “remember” panic attacks. But I only remember them.
Stop Panic Attacks In Their Tracks!
I struggled with anxiety and panic attacks for SIX YEARS before I suddenly, literally, simply “let go” of them.
I still had anxiety. Everyone does.
Before I go a lot further, methods to stop panic attacks were foremost in my mind at that time. Furthermore, I was worried about them AND afraid (fear) that I wouldn’t be able to escape these horrible episodes.
I saw the panic attack as an “evil entity”. An entity that was out to get me.
And, so far, it was!
But I saw the last panic attack arrive in my presence and, unable to gain a foothold, give up and go away. Forever. It had to be one of the happiest moments of my life!
It was marvelous, and it was so real that I remember it like a good movie.
In case you haven’t read this entire blog let me give you a quick rundown of the LAST TIME a panic attack tried to take me over.
I was sitting in my car at a red light. Suddenly I felt the fear that a panic attack would occur when I arrived at my meeting. Meetings were my fighting ground.
I was always afraid that, at a business meeting, I would turn red, break into a sweat, become unable to think clearly, and have to make an excuse to get out of there. It had happened after all, and was likely to again, I thought.
Then, I sensed the panic attack was just forming into it’s evil self, right behind me, in the back seat.
I said something like “I’m no longer afraid of you! You are through here. Get out and don’t come back!” And it did, just like that.
Now, there were a thousand instances prior to this that led me to this one move that day in the car.
To finish the picture of that moment when panic attacks stopped for me, at once and completely, the light turned green and, as I pulled across the intersection I could vividly see the “evil entity” being run over in the road.
It sounds a little crazy, but a lot of things associated with extreme anxiety and panic attacks, have a “crazy feel” to them. That’s part of what causes the fear.
And the fear is what causes the panic attacks.
If you want to stop panic attacks you HAVE to lose the fear. Once that’s done, they’re gone!
It took me SIX YEARS! You can do it a LOT quicker and you can start right now.
You can have your life back!
